I am holding a joint account with my husband with HDFC Bank, Golpark Branch Kolkata for the last 15 years or more. We had a horrible experience this time. First of all, without any intimation the bank seized our savings account due to KYC, for which all our ECS got bounced. After that we contacted bank and submitted all the required documents on Monday 17th July, however till date our account is still inactive and we are facing a serious trouble now. HDFC phone banking service is useless and you can never expect to get connected to any phone banking officer for any support. We are harassed by the bank like anything. This is absolutely not accepted and need serious intervention.
