I used my Airtel app to recharge my phone number 768*****80 for 899₹. I’m Airtel app it showed the message the recharge was unsuccessful. I was in so need of mobile data or calls so recharged it multiple times and all the transactions showed unsuccessful from Airtel end. After two or three hours all the transactions got successful. 899₹, 349₹, 100₹ and 349₹ transactions were successful and they gave me the benefits. I contacted their customer care service and technical team to address the issue. Initially due to the technical flaws in their db and my Airtel app there was no synchronisation between my version and their version. Finally today they agreed that 899₹, 349₹,349₹ and 100₹ recharge was successful and they are saying that the money can’t be refunded to my bank acount and I have to use their services. They are forcely making me use their services for 1697₹ instead of 899₹. Please help me to get my money back. How will I be made responsible for their mistakes and their technical issues?
