Receiving unnecessary bill due calls

I have been receiving calls from Airtel guys for broadband bill payment which I don’t own. I have told them hundred times but still they keep calling me. I have even sent them mails regarding this and got a reply saying that “We have made the necessary changes in our system to ensure that the issue does not recur.”

I am seriously irritated of this. They just keep calling me, even after sending mails and complaining about this.

Please find here the reply which I got from Airtel:

Dear Rahul Kumar,

Greetings from airtel!!

This is in reference to your email expressing concern on getting calls and usage alerts for airtel landline number 04442005***.

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced. We have made the necessary changes in our system to ensure that the issue does not recur.

Further, I would like to inform you that the mobile number 858883xxxx which was updated in our records, has been removed from the landline number 04442005*** account with effect from 22-JUN-2017.

We appreciate your efforts in letting us know on the issue.
