Wrong Commitments and not providing any update

I’ve taken insurance from one assist, while buying insurance they never told me that they are mediator between customer and Insurance company, when i’ve submitted my claim they told me that my insurance claim will be approved within max 5 to 7 working days by insurance company and my claim was sent for IC approval on 5th june but today its 16th june, 10 working days have been passed but still they are saying it is still under IC approval, and all of there executives are lying to me and giving me wrong promises and still they are saying that i’ve to wait untill IC approval is not approved. They all are making wrong promises to me and not event helping me with some reliable solutions, not even they are taking follow up from insurance company. i’ve attach mail screenshot in which you can see clearly that my claim was passed to insurance company on 2nd june as per mail.
