Balance deduction without any activated services

Dear All
This is Kamini from Chennai. I have been using Aircel for a long time. I am a prepaid holder. My No is 9841172926. I have received messages on my mobile suddenly that, “Thanks for subscribing to aircel services. Thank you for choosing Dil ka Fasanna weekly at Rs 35. I never activated any such services.
This Aircel fraud network has deducted of Rs 35 from my account
I want my money back.
Plz refund my amount as soon as possible.
I have raised the complaint within 24 hours, I want my money back
This is not the first time aircel is doing like this, Many a times they have done
Why they are eating people’s money like this

  1. Always get a complaint number and note it at a safe place. Always raise your complaint with the right person who will most probably be the all India customer care executive at some toll free number. Wait for what he/she says, understand the issue, ask for a complaint number, note down the resolution date and wait patiently till the resolution date.

  2. Clear and concise complaint highlighting unauthorized deductions by Aircel; requests prompt refund.
