NO RESPONSE FROM THE HIGHER AUTHORITY

THIS IS IN REGARD WITH THE COMPLETE MISMANAGEMENT AND CARELESSNESS OF AIRTEL OFFICIALS AND THEIR BILLING STRUCTURES AND THE WORST KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS AND ONE OF THE WORST TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE GOOD AN LOYAL CUSTOMERS . THE EMPLOYEES ARE HAPPY AND GLAD TO TELL YOU THAT PLEASE PORT OR SHIFT TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING TOP HELP YOU.

IF YOU CALL THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY OR NODAL OFFICERS THEY ASK FOR SR NO WHICH WE DON’T HAVE AND ITS ABSOLUTELY BASELESS TO KEEP SUCH A SERVICE WHERE YOU CANT REPORT OR TALK TO RIGHT KIND OF PEOPLE AND THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP.
WE ARE NOT USING FREE SERVICES WE ARE PAYING FOR EVERYTHING AND ITS THEIR RIGHTFUL DUTY TO PROVIDE THE BEST OF SERVICES AND HELP US IF A CONSUMER NEEDS HELP AND IS IN TROUBLE.

AIRTEL IS SERIOUSLY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN FOR SUCH POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE AND HELP THAT I WOULD PERSONALLY NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO US THIS SERVICE AND CANCEL ALL OUR LANDLINE AND MOBILE CONNECTION AND SHIFT TO BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO AT LEAST RESPECTS OLD AND LOYAL CLIENTS UNLIKE AIRTEL WHO ARE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AT IT.
