I have been using an old plan till date which is 1600 Rs (65 GB data and 8mbps speed).
Airtel has already migrated to new plan with V fiber tech, which is of 1149 Rs(100GB data and 40mbps speed)
I was facing many issue related to my connection, I wanted to disconnect the Airtel services so i called to customer care, asking for disconnection.
Then they told me about this plan(1149 Rs). And told that my connection will be migrated to the new plan within 10 days.
I called after 10 days probably on 12th day, to ask for the status. The customer care executive told me that he will fix it in another 5 days. After hearing that i was like, please disconnect my connection i dont want to continue with Airtel. Then they forwarded the call to the concern department, where another executive told me that he will give me 300 Rs discount post activation of the plan but it will take 3 days of time. I told ohk fine i will give 3 days of time. But now when i called them after 5 days from that day, they are sying it will take aging 20 days.
So it is nothing but they are delaying the activation of the new plan so that they can keep me on the same old plan and can take some more money out of me.
And there service is so frustrating that i have almost gone mad and wanted to yell over them. But now i just want that either they change to new plan withing a day or two, or they disconnect the services and connection. And one more thing i should not be paying based on my old plan for the rest of the days, because i have raised the request in the first week of April which is way ahead of my billing cycle.
