FRAUD DONE BY TATA DEALERSHIP AND THEN THREATENING THE CUSTOMER FOPR RAISING THE COMPLAINT

I bought a TATA BOLT car from Devyani Automobiles at ranchi on 5th june,2016. The manufacturing year of the vehicle in of dec 2014 which till december 2016 the dealership assured that it is a 2016 manifactured vehicle and there is some issues with the invoice.It wa s on january that the tata TSA Mr. Abhishek confirmed that the vehicle is really an old one and is manufactured in 2014.I have been contacting both the dealers and the tata officials regularly but even the highest TATA OFFICIALs are feeling helpless about the case.The dealer had offered me amount of 20000/- as a compensation which I rejected.
ON TOP OF IT THE DEALER SEND ME A COURT NOTICE THAT IF I TRIED TO RAISE THE COMPLAINT AGAIN THEN THEY WILL FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME.i HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY.ALL I WANTED IS THE VEHICLE FOR WHICH I PAID FOR.
THIS TYPE OF MALPRACTICE BEING DONE BY TATA DEALER OF SELLING THE OLD CARS TO CUSTOMER IS VERY HARRASING AS THERE ARE SOME PARTS OF THE VEHICLE WHICH COVERS THA WARRANTY FROM DATE OF MANUFACTURE AND NOT SALE AS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR SUCH PARTS WHOSE WARRANTY WAS REJECTED BY THE OEM DEALER AS THE MANUCTURING YEAR WAS 2014
