Cheated for Payment!

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are an event management company. We had done a designing and production work for our client, Mr. Gurvinder Singh owner of PBI BOX.
For his event held on 16 Feb to 19th Feb at Cidco Exhibition Center, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. He has only given us an advance of 2000/- a night prior to event against the amount of 60,000/- (discounted amount). After the event till date, we have been chasing him for the payment. he calls us to his office and claims that either accountant is absent or cheque book is not there or he himself steps out for meeting keeping us waiting for hours together. Every time we visit his office we end up waiting for more than 2 hours without any payment. One day he asked us to go to his CBD Belapur based office to collect payment but it was barely 15,000. And 20 Days after the work been done he says he cannot pay more than 20,000/-. Where as we have used our savings money for clearing vendors payment.
Inspite of sending him payment reminders on email and WhatsApp he does not even respond to them.
