Worst experience! I bought a material for trousers from this shop and stitched it from there itself. After 5 months my pant tore from the stitching. When i went to get it repaired their attitude towards me was really bad. As if they gifted this pants to me. They said nothing can be done. It was from my first salary i bought this pants and i was even ready to pay for whatever the cost will be. But they didn’t show any kind of respect or the value for what i have paid. I even questioned the quality of the material I bought. At the time of purchase they said this material is good quality and wrinkles free so I bought it and now they are saying this material will tear. Anyway i gave back my pants to them and asked to keep it. So bad service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from raymonds especially from this particular branch in No. 85. M G road Bangalore.
