Really BAD Service And Denying warrenty

A] Warrenty deny :

I have purchased micomax canvas 6 pro (E484) from amazon on 24 jan 2017 and on, 24 Feb 2017 my battery got bulged due to the mobile/device internal heating problem.When i am using the phone it got heated up and battery is buldged/damaged.

I showed mobile to the nearest service center from my location as suggested by you, M/s Multi Services, station road, Kolhapur. But they told that generally buldged/damaged battery does not cover the warrenty .But as per warrenty card it involves mobile as well as battery warrenty, it is clearly mentioned on warrenty card that if the battery is buldged/damaged due to device internal problem micromax provides replacement.

It has just one month for purchase and how come your service center is denying the warrenty.

It’s device/mobile internal fault which heated up and damaged the battery so you have to consider the warrenty.Replacing new battery will not going to fix the problem since the problem resides in moblie device itself.It may again heat up and cause battery damage.I want total mobile replaced.

Please give me replacement earliest since it covers warrenty.I am attaching the invoice for your reference.

2] BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE:
Yesterday (1st March 2017) i have contcated micromax call center(1860 500 8286) in afternoon to inform problem of mobile and battery regarding warrenty and replacement and the representative told me that you go service center and give us call from the center and our technical person will talk with service center concerned person and will resolve your problem.

So i went to the service center, M/s Multi services kolhapur, where i have submitted my mobile at 4:40 pm yesterday and told our telephonic discussion and they told me to call so i called micomax call center (1860 500 8286) and told that i am in service center now so you can tell technical person to talk with service center person.The representative told me that i need to check it so can i put the call on hold, i said ok and after that i waited till 15 mins but no one responded after that so i disconnected the call.

So I again called micomax call center (1860 500 8286) and i asked the representative (I noted down the name this time Savita) about such behaviour and told her to call the M/s Multi services center within 5 mins and let technical person talk with them but she denied saying that i can able to arrange the revert call back and it will take 24 hours.

Is this the way the micromax talks with their customer? The call center(1860 500 8286) is not free and i lost 30 Rs in calling you yesterday and apart from that i have put my valuable time in visiting the center which is far away from my home which costs me 100 Rs.After doing so much of headache the result is NILL. So you (Micromax) have to pay me all these things.

Micromax don’t have any concern about such rediculous behaviour.Micromax service center is just making fool to the people. I am going to lodge complaint against you for all these. Micromax have to pay for all of these things.

REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSSS.I am going to tell everyone not to buy any micromax product and never trust them.
