No update on claim- FIR No. 3031343

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have submitted the claim form with all relevant documents on dated 21.01.2016 but not getting any update neither from TPA Paramount nor from Nation Insurance Company Ltd.

There is a single update since starting of the file submission. In update there is deficiency “Delay Intimation and submission- Reason of Delay intimation/No intimation/Delay submission received from Insured,case referred to Insurance co for approval” and in processing status “Claim Closure consent received as per SLA. I had already submitted duly signed letter to the company with the reason of delay submission of my claim document.

I have resigned the group now and joined another group. My last day of the employment with the group was 22.10.2016. I have made several calls to the help desk no but also not get any update. Employer was also helpless.

You are requested to look into the case provide resolution as early as possible.
