i want ro return medicines , but they are not agree with me to give me my money back

i have buy medicines from teleone at 2850 indian rupees … i get it but now i have running other medicines s couse …due to my running treatment course ..i can not take ime-9 now… so i want to back it to teleone… ind i also try and request to tele one customer care for take return my order and give me back my money…….but they are not support me for this issue…. so now i complain to consumerforum…….plzzz kindly consider it urgent as soon as possible…….my mo no. is 9376312123…..and imy order on teleone.in is 51356552
