I shopped at central on 7/01/2017 when the discount was 50% and two of the purchased products were oversized. I wanted to exchange it but due to promotional offers exchange was not available. Exchange started from 9/01/2017 so I went to exchange the products. Due to some technical issues they were unable to scan the barcode for the products so they issued me a refund instead of the products I wanted as a replacement for the old ones. After issuing refund to me they asked me to buy those new products. This made those products as a new purchase (without offer on it i.e.50%) and so I had to pay the amount for them. Technically I would not have to pay the amount if the exchange was during the promotional offer or if the barcodes would have scanned properly. I want the amount to be refunded.
I contacted them but issue not yet resolved.
