I was using reliance communications data card 4g services – 9331679258 from past few months service was extremely poor most of the times device was not able to connect with the server somehow reliance communications company sent the bill of rupees 3302 rupees for the period 26.09.2016 to 26.10.2016 and my due date was 14.11.2016 before due date received so many calls from the company to pay the amount and I replied same to all the executives “your device was not working from past 15 days & most of the time it was unable to connect with the server so how this bill generate when data is not consuming then how this amount will take place after this I said please provide me data usage details if it is seriously consumed by me then I am eligible to make the payment & I will make the payment with in 5 minutes but they said we will connect you with our higher authority officer but problem was not resolved suddenly on 3rd December 2016 I got a call from one lady who was from reliance & what we discussed over the phone it was horrible “WHOLE STORY IS MENTIONED IN THE MAIL”
I SENT THIS MAIL TO RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ON THE SAME DATE BUT STILL NO REPLY RECEIVED TILL THE DATE
today 29.12.2016 again I got the call from one lady who was a advocate from lok adalat , new delhi – mobile number 08882040715 (name not remember) she said reliance communications filed a 420 case against you I think you must be aware – I replied yes I am aware but they were supposed to send me notice 20 days earlier why you sending so late ?? she said are you interested to fight with reliance communication – I replied yes then she said your notice will be deliver in 7 working days
I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS IS RUNNING WHERE THERE IS NO VALUE OF THEIR CUSTOMER AFTER SO MANY REQUEST OVER THE PHONE MATTER WAS NOT RESOLVED THEN I PUT EVERYTHING OVER THE MAIL STILL NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY STILL THEY ARE THREATINING FOR THEIR AMOUNT – MY VISION IS CLEAR IF I USED IT I WILL PAY THE AMOUNT BUT YOU NEED TO GIVE ME THE PROOF BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDNING ME THE PROOF
I HOPE FROM THIS PLATFORM MATTER WILL BE RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

In July I lodged a complaint (please refer the trail mail below) no action were taken on the below query
Still same problem continue in different manner
1.today I received call from your company mobile no – +918232011539 – regarding my billing dispute in the manner she spoke to me was very terrible in fact I also lost my temper during the conversation
Matter is – I am not paying my previous bill because of unjustified bill which your company charged me (bill copy attached) I am not paying bill amount for these reasons
1.your company charged me unjustified amount (higher amount charged without using data services – your allotted GB is 5 & as per bill consumed GB is 8+ but in a month of October above 15 days your dongle was not working if your dongle is not working then how this high usage will take place) I requested many times to your company please withdraw my connection or connect me to higher authority but nobody solved my problem but today I requested the same with lady she said “we will not provide data usage details once you made the payment then we will give you the details I told her please provide if seriously this data is used by me then I will make the payment with in 5 minutes but she denied for giving the details & started favouring her company” in context reply
“I said it is my hardworking money may be reliance making money by looting their value customer but this business is no longer”
“She said your are the thief customer of reliance who intentionally not paying the bill amount after using the services I said reliance is thief company who always work in silent mode without giving any concrete information to their customers I told her please check my track record before due date my payments credited into your company account”
After asking many times & lots of request she didn’t disclosed her name
So it’s my request please withdraw my connection I am not interested to use your company data services where there is no respect of customer first look at your company fault than raise a finger on your customer I am not your paid servant who will listen your single wrong word first learn the etiquettes & how to give services your customer then raise the Matter
I will post this message in all social networking sites & apps then you will understand
If this matter not resolved in 2 working days then I will send legal notice + complaint in consumer forum against your company & if any new bill will be added in my account then it will treat as a discount
