RS 6627 showing less in Max gain home loan account.

In home loan SBI max gain account there is provision to transfer money both the side from your linked sbi saving account which is fevoring the customer to transfer money for reducing intrest burden against principle ammount.
I had transfer for same and after transfering money i had received text mas of balance amont in my home loan account. After that one transaction of intrest debit & one i had made a transaction.
After deducting it balance money of RS 6627 showing less in my home loan account.
I had raised online complaint sbi on 1 nov 2016 via complaint under Ticket No:OP332126615437.
But no reply or resoution received to me.
After that i had talked to sbi branch representative on 21.11.16 & given mail to sbi on as per below details but no reply till yet which force me to raise my voice in this forum.

Dear sir on 29 th oct 2016 there was balance in my max gain home loan account was of RS 509625.32 /- .After that there was debit of loan interest for Rs- 9970 on 31 oct 2016 and another debit of RS- 5006.44 done by me which after these two deduction my balance in home loan account should be Rs -494648.88( 509625.32-9970-5006.44=494648.88), while as on balance showing is of RS- 488021.88.

There is clear difference of less RS 6627 in my account .

I had not done any transaction after 01.11.16 .

There is text msg from sbi on my registered mobile for balance of RS 509625.32 on 29 th octo-2016 after I deposited RS 10000 in this account.

Please look in to this matter and do the need full at earliest.
