My self Mr.Suril Jain(09924450876),I have policy for Mediclaim from National insurance company Limited. My Policy number : 301200/48/15/8500015650. My policy agent name is Mr.Nehal M Thaker, Conatact number: 9879031128 and his agent ID is : 00000001573754.
My policy validity is 02/01/2016 to 01/01/2017. My icard number is : HHS1.0333022822 and Businees source id/ Dev off ID: 041018. In my policy i do sharing with my wife her name is Mrs. Jyoti Jain. In July-16 my wife got high fever and due to that we admit her in Shree Krishna Hospital (Dr.Ramesh Patel) where she was admitted for 2-3 days for the tretment. I had well informed my agent for this incident and i asked him can we do claim for the same since i had policy over 8-10 Yrs and i never claim even single time. As this was my first time for claiming so i called him and convey all things to him. After confirmation of him i propsed my case for mediclaim so i do have to pay extra charges as all knowing while claiming extra charges need to pay. After 3 day in hospital yet my wife health was not improved and even medical report is also showing the same so Dr.Ramesh Patel suggested us for MS(Master in Surgen) as he is MD(Master in Dispencary). So Dr.Ramesh suggested us for Dr.Pradip Jain. While reaching him after and studing the case which is given by Dr.Ramesh Patel doctor suspect Pyrexia on her right brest. So he suggested us for the opperation. I again called my agent and explain him all senario. He still said that don’t worry he will mange for mediclaim and suggested us for kepping the bill. After operation my wife was admitted in the hospital for 2-3 days mean while i was busy in completing the document process. Both Doctor spoke with my agent also and they also explained him about my wife dises and how we can claim. As per his guidence both doctor prepared the document and we submitted him each and every origanl document to Mr.Nehal. After that since 10-15 days gone no update come from him so we call him he say your file is in process will complete the process with in 2-3 days.So we waiting further. After few days we got one query latter from the company Query latter no : CCN:HH131703669. And as per the later agent suggested us that company want some past history for case so from both doctor as he said and even he also again had a word with both doctor and as per him both doctor has given in written case past history and my father has personlly subimited the document to him.
After that also for more 30 days we wait as per his suggestion but still no phone from him so again call him and he said his boss having “CHICKEN Guniya” so will come post diwali.We again followed his word and wait completion of diwali.After Diwali complete agent call is not come so again we call him for update this time new story that signing officer is only one the office and his father is died so he will come after few days. This is rediculas that in company only one claim sensing officer and if he is on leave there must be someone for claim settlement.
I am very old customer with the National insurance company and i had faith in the company. I do have my personal acccident policy,vehical insurance my all family member accident policy and mediclaim also. This is first time i claiming and having very bad or even i said worst experaince for claiming. I request to company please settle my amount on priority and my agent Shri Nehal is worst agent i ever faced because he is not even calling us for anyhting and every time we have to call him for the update. This is not ethical businees approach.I had called him more than 100 time and every time he is givinig new date and new reason. As we claiming first time he is behaviour is also rude.We had given him so many refrences for the business and every where he got the policy also. If i not satisfied then i also need to share them my experaince with company and agent.So have doubt for contuning them also with the company also. I request company to take action aginst him. I further tell that if my settlement is not done then will have to think for changing my insurance company due to the agent only.
