Dear sir/Madam,
I have ordered laptop bag pack on 04th OCT 2016, as per the amazons instruction the package was supposed to be delivered on 12th Oct 2016 , but it was not delivered on stipulated time and as per revised tracking the delivery date has been shown 16th OCT 2016, today is 23rd OCT 2016 still I haven’t received my package hence I followed up with amazon customer care representative on 17th , 18th and 19th October 2016 respectively and they just gave me false commitment that it will be definitely delivered on that same day i,e. (17th ,18th and 19th ), again on 17th amazon courier boy visited my registered office address on 17th oct 2016 @ 10.56 PM , even he didn’t contact me before visiting my office or nor amazon sent a contact detail of courier boy which amazon provide for my earlier parcels , as per Tele conversation with amazon customer representative I urge them to deliver my package before 1.00 PM or 3.00 PM but the same thing is repeated with me, after all this I wrote mail to amazon at “[email protected]” hence as usual amazon replied the same way and wrote “If you have not received it by within 24 to 48 working hours then please write us back we will take an action on priority basis for you” , this is the fourth time the same thing happened with me and still amazon has not yet delivered my package and its impacts as follows :-
1). My old laptop bag is completely torn and It is risky to carry all the stuff in that bag including office Laptop.
2). I m working with one of the reputed company in mid level management to carry this kind of bag at office it impacts on my reputation,
3). Mental harassment , due to false commitment from amazon and their customer care representative.
Hence I’m lodging a complaint for the compensation and the harassment from the amazon and their customer care representative i.e. Rs. 25000/-.
Take this matter on priority basis, waiting for your revert ASAP.
