Refund not done since 4 weeks and worst customer support

My order number is 32215077 and it was cancelled on sep10 and till now the amount was not refunded. I have contacted the customer care waiting over the call for 20 minutes and some representative provided the escalation number and confirmed that amount will be credited within 1week. I have Waited for 3 weeks to receive an update on this,but I didn’t. Again I called the customer care and now even I waited for 20 minutes, the call was not connected. I have started chat with customers care over Facebook e days before logging this and they are saying only one sentence please wait for sometime and we will update you. But till now I didn’t receive any update and I don’t know what that sometime is called,is it minutes or hours or years. Worst support from yepme guys and I have fed up with don’t. I will not order anything from yepme now and I will propagated the same to my colleagues and friends. I want you guys also to know how worst is that yepme is. I don’t have faith that they will refund the amount. Let’s see if they will see this and respond here.
