Sub: Complaint regarding MTNL Broadband Connection
Dear Sir,
This is with reference to our Telephone line no. 011-22386107, which is also my Broadband Internet Connection. Since last few months I am facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every hour or a minute. I have lodged complaints, talk to line man also talk DT officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists.
my entire work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections. I had been using your services since last 4 years and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL.
So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else I will be forced to discontinue with your services. I hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.
