I have been chatting and calling the customer care since two month and my phone is still not repaired. The service center doesnt pick u the phone.
i get the same reply that i will get a call in 24-48 hours.
help me…i want my phone back in a working condition.
they also gave me an escalation complain number- 160803008052 and yet it is more than 2 months.
