I am holding Idea Prepaid Number “7440710784” recently purchased to use data. I have been customer of Airtel postpaid for past 7 years. However in first impression i have been cheated like anything where there was no information about the policy or if and buts from idea while recharging for data plan.
In this i recharged Rs 349 26th August @ 7:00 PM for 2GB 3G data and 2 GB 4G Data Plan however this was not sufficient so next day i recharged it with Rs 499 @7:05 PM for 3.5 GB Plan.
However i was surprised and astonished by getting message that i have only 3.5 GB 3G balance in my data whereas it should be 5.5 GB 3G Data and 2 GB 4G Data.
My hard earn money wasted by simple saying by one of customer care executive “Mohit Tewari” Shift Lead “Shailendra Yadav” and Team Leader “Rahul” that only second recharge would be applicable. first would be lost. Then i said where this is written or displayed to customer while recharging that previous would vanish or overlap with the new one which advertisement says and which notice SMS says or any where this policy written. Customer is lay man he know when he has been informed by any medium while recharging or any other medium of advertisement. However in this case there is nothing.
We are working hard to earn money and survive in this expensive life and if this is the case of telecom company looting the money of customer by hidden condition how can we survive.
I would request you to either refund my money in the form of data or Pay back my hard earned money. This can lead according to “telecom consumers protection regulations 2015” Law in consumer forum as petition as customer has been miss guided by hidden condition he comes to know only when this happened with him and he come to know when he called to Customer care.
So Please do the need full and i want my either my money back or my data back.
