I had given my swift Dzire car for accidental repairs and the said vahan motors, franchisee known as Carz had taken the car for repair under the work order. They were supposed to claim the insurance and repair my car. But instead their have dismantled my car and removed all the fittings from it. It’s about 2 years now and they have not repaired my car. I have filed a complaint against the company before the consumer forum in Bangalore in complaint No.752/2016. The said company is evading to receive the notice moreover they are now not receiving the calls also. It’s a fraud company. They are cheating public as well as the insurance companies.
