I am following it up from last 15 days, with continues mail and calls to your call center. i get a call for you executive and that there is no response and any update.
Coming to the point, as my tenant 1st floor: mr. balachandra, no.59, 1st floor, 1st cross, 2nd main, jp nagar 3rd pahase, bangalore 560078 (his airtel broad band connection no.: 08041139913) 4mbps+ speed.
When he is getting internet speed 4mpbs+.
I am staying in same address same building ground floor.
Why i am not getting the same speed. because i am not able to browse lost of website. and we not
If need i can send you one more details of other neighbor aiterl dsl no. reference, he is also getting internet speed of 8mpbs form the same junction box where my connection is.
This is has conformed from your airtel line man and his team lead, who attended my service call last time that 4mbps speed is available in the same junction box and my connection it can be upgraded.
So i request you to upgrade my internet connection to 4mbps immediately.
