Sir., I hv a two bedroom flats in Indrapuram,. Ghaziabad. (U.P).The society is build up by INDIAN RLY WELFARE HOUSING ORGANIZATION. Whose head office in Delhi. During the m/o. Sept.2015. I want to sale my flat and through local property dealer I hv got contact with one Mr.Shridhar, on telephonic conversation the Deal done for Rs. 44.50lac and property dealer arrange an agreement to sale on stamp paper. In the month of Oct.2015 I hv got Rs.2.00lac.on line transfer as token money.And the rest will be paid to me after getting Loan. In the meanwhile the property dealer came to us and ask us to sign., the Sale Agreement and NOC in fav. of Mr. And Mrs.Shridhar., by which we were not aware and on good faith we hv signed all the documents. Now Mr. Shridhar access to his Bank for loan, and the concerned Bank M/s. Axis Bank refused him to grant loan, as the Bank asking him to get more papers from us. We have given all the photocopies of papers which we have related to my flats, as I hv got all the clearance from IRWO and got registered from GAD (Ghaziabad Development Authority). Now the thing is that it’s already more than 9 month completed, Shridhar refused to purchase the flat.As the NOC is lying with Mr. Shridhar IRWO is not issuing me another NOC., to get the LAP. (Loan Against Property).I hv write to IRWO so many times mailed them so many letters to cancelled the NOC issued in fav. Of Mr. And Mrs.Shridhar as its already more than 3 month’s., usually as per IRWO transfer of dwelling units if a person not getting registered the flat with in 3 month the NOC will get void. But I don’t know what to do know?
