I was actually not interested to buy syska gadget but the samsung seller and the Ayala pickup boy made me assured and explain me in that it’s good and buy it
So I paid 2499 for the insurance
And was said the claim.Gets settle within 21days and the depreciation ain’t was said as
90%before 6mnths now when my handset got theft I complained the same so was Informed me that the ain’t will be 75.% and will take 120daus after approval and for approval or will take time once u send all the documents to syska office now it’s more than 2months there is no update and when I called the seniors they ain’t talking polite and the answers is straight forward it will take 60/120 days to settle and can’t help before that and whatever policy which was Nat said to u before buying that’s not my fault and will take action against the employees whoever said
What kind of service or commitment are they giving 1st of the employees of Ayala don’t give proper Comete info then the Co also hides their mistake is this the want and is this the way they are running g business to make people fool and stupid as after buying they have to lisn to the executive in shop once it’s done their responsibility is oveer now weather they get the claim any or not it’s not their concern
Now I feel like never ever buy Insurance and waste time and energy and so cash for phone calls
The seniors are also irrresponsive and directly disconnect the call by saying Auguste milega Kuch nahi kar sakte humph it’s one Co who pays the money and claim not we
So I should approach it’s Co instead of snehaanjali and there they say give the comp no will check and then reply comes that sir u need to wait as its under process and can’t do anything bout ur cae
