Sir/ Madam:
In January 2007,I applied for Immigration to Canada through Canam Consultant limited through their Kolkata Branch Office, head/ corporate office is at Chandigarh.
They didn’t apply it immediately, rather applied during Jul/Aug 2007. As a result, I had to get a fresh CAN$ draft, causing me extra expenses. Because of that delay I didn’t want to apply anymore and wanted my money(application money paid to Canam, Rs 23000) back when their representative said ‘… don’t worry, our CEO/?? Has special rapport with Canadian High Commission and your case would go in fastTrack, as a result quick success…etc…’. I banked on her assurance.
Due to some reasons Canadian High Commission Rejected my application. Canadian embassy has already refunded the fees paid to them, thru Canam.
But Canam isn’t refunding my money/ fee (INR23000/-), along with interest , which I gave to Canam Consultants for immigration which goes to Canam consultants at Chandigarh office only. They promised me to refund all the money , if they fail to get through my immigration. Visited their Kolkata office a no. of times, wrote refund application as they requested for, emails, even Dipanwita(Kolkata) told(3-4 years back) ‘sir, Canam has started paying fees back, wait for a few more days, you would get it…’. Since then, visited so many times nothing happened. Even contacted Karan Bajwa(Chandigarh), his promises also proved false, So far neither they have refunded me nor replying to my request mails .They are not picking up the phones also.
It’s already 8+ years gone by. I could have easily got my money doubled.
I request your esteemed organization’s help to get my money back.
