Unable to Connect Internet from ONE Month

Hi,
My user id 1117752441 , the day i took connection from tikona its not working . i complaint them multiple times there technical eng. come and fix the problem for few min and again its starting problem. now i am keep asking them to come and fix but they r not responding. i paid 3 month amount 2520 /- . several times i asked them to disconnect and refund amount but …Seriously i m frustrated with this services.

    Your technician came to solve issue and they told me issue has fixed. Another problem i am facing now is speed issue as per my plan i should get 4 MBPS speed but i am getting 1-mbps some times in kbps.
