Charging 2% extra over invoice amount

Hi Sir,

I have given my bike for service at ARYAN AUTO AGENCIES, Bhattarahalli, Bangalore. I gave my card for payment and they are charging 2% extra amount over the invoice amount. As per RBI statement RBI/2013-14/292

Nobody will charge extra amount for card transactions. But they still charging for all consumers doing card transactions. I had an argument with them but they refused to take the invoice and charged 2% extra and after this argument they are not giving respect. If you want any details i have the invoice bill and card transaction which is more than the invoice amount. I request you to please take action against those service center.
The invoice bill amount is Rs.3114 they charged Rs.3176
