My family in Kolkata bought a safety device for gas cylinder which the company claimed would help to keep safe from gas leakage and also use less gas as normal. They charged us Rs 2999.
However, the device has been of no use so far and instead, when HP gas people came for inspection, they said.. that they would not be responsible if anything goes wrong cause of this device and also pointed out that this sort of device is available in much less price in market.
As we paid a hefty amount for the device that does not even work, we would like to get our money back and would like to request you to look into this matter, so that the company cannot make fool of anyone anymore. Details of the company r as follows:
