Overcharging on my postpaid number 7693800070 since 2 months

To whom it may concern,

I wish to complaint about Idea Cellular Ltd Postpaid mobile services
(Postpaid mobile no 76938 00070) which I’m using since last 2 years. I
went to Assam between. 14-22 April 2016.I registered a roaming Pack
of Rs75/- on my number, customer care executive assured me to get idea
network at Dibrugarh district of Assam state. My billing date is 5th
of every month, company has charged Rs.1373/- on my bill for data
usage on other network, when I came from roaming, I’ve been continuously receiving
the text messages from Idea Cellular Ltd that my no is getting charged on
high rates for data usage. Regarding this when I had discussed and complaint several times with
the customer care executive of the company, they didn’t took my
complaint for false billing and also misguided me. From April 14, 2016
to June, 2016 the charges are being added to my main balance. For
the month of April they charged Rs 1373/- for net usage on other
networks and now they barred my services at the morning of 15th May 2016 and sent me the bill of Rs 2267/-for the month of April 2016. Although somehow I paid the bill of April month of Rs 2267/-, still services to my number is not resumed .Apart from it they charged me 5,883/- Rs for Internet data usage for the current month of May 2016. I use two Idea postpaid numbers 7693800070 & 7693900070 since 2 years ,but I never got such type of mental harassment by the company. I had discussed with Idea Customer Care Supervisor Meera and
she said that the matter cannot be resolved until the next bill is
generated which shall be generated on June 05, 2016. Although the last
date of submission is May 20, 2016 but they have suspended my services
on the morning of May 15, 2016. Customer care executives assured me that if there is any wrong billing to my number once the bill will generate I will automatically get the waiver of total wrongly charged amount, Even not waived off the wrongly charged amount of Rs1373/- for the month of April 2016 and Rs 5883/- for the month of May 2016.

As this is my final intimation to the company,

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this
problem. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file
complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my
legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be
