sir my name is sanjoy i am a physically disable person so mostly i am depending on online shopping for which snapdeal now blackmail me i purchased some soap having oder id 12870304416 from snapdeal on 18/04/2016 but due to cheap quality i returned it to them it is already deivered to them then they ask me about my bank detail for my refund instead of my bank account no bymistake i give them the debit card number so i did not got my refund till now but when i tell them about this they are telling me that because they are having neft no and refund transection no so i can not do any thing againest them also telling me that as my card no is near them they may misuse it so please help me in this matter like earlier please.
