VOLTAS AIR CONDITION

This is very painful to inform you that we have a 1.5 ton of window AC of Voltas which was not working from last 1 month,we have registered lots of complaint according to this matter and last complaint no is 16051803687 date 18.05.2016.The service engineer visited our factory and that the compressor is not working and advised that he will take a new compressor with in 3 days and install it,but after some days when we called to him he replayed there is no compressor available at him he can resolve this problem ,finally i called him today morning and he said registered a complaint against company cos company is not responding and could not able to provide new compressor.so i request your good self to kindly follow of this matter and resolve our AC problem
