Company cheated with my money

The company named shopandenjoy .in with bank accounts in the name of jupiter infosoft had contacted me on 14th May and said to pay 12.5% of as the service tax amount of a refrigerator MRP 80000 and said that only that amount I have to pay for the delivery of the product. After that they told for delivery of the product that the product requires insurance of 14999. After much of arguments I paid that. But now they are not delivering the product. Neither they are showing the insurance document neither they are shipping the product. On the above I am asking my original amount to be refunded. They are saying they will not refund the amount. Please help me to get back either the product or my amount
