Accidental damage protection not being settled by the company.

i buyed the laptop HP ab029tx on 20 Oct 2015, and i got 3 year warranty along with 1 year Accidental warranty(ADP).
recently i met with an accident where my laptop bag fell on the road and the led diplay broe. now the company says that it id not covered under their accidental damage policy, which is not true. They just dont wanna spend money and are fooling the customers. I mean what else would u cover in accidental warranty if not an accident.

I read all their terms and conditions, and not even a single line in their terms refer my case as not valid. i will take steps against the company,i want my laptop repaired or else they’ll suffer.
