Hi, I purchased Airtel 4G wifi Dongle on 23Apr16 after discussion with Airtel Outlet people, after assuring minimum speed of 10MBPS. Got activated on 25Apr16. Checked speed on 26Apr16 showing 2MBPS which is working like CDMA. Immediately raised a complaint with Customer care, they assured they will check within 2 days but no body attended, after several times complaining 1 technician attended on 3may16 and told signal issue. After that also called customer care and inquired they are telling not possible to assist on the same. My concern is they are giving world wide network availability but not getting signal in bangalore.
1. Post purchase of Rs 2500 worth device with assurance from outlet people saying minimum speed we will get 10 MBPS, getting 2 mbps.
2. Now customer care people telling they will not buy back the device.
3. Even Postpaid monthly rental is high, but service like CDMA.
4. Till now no correction happened.
If you really 4G Providers please take action correctly.
