mentally harassing me

This company(Tata Photon) has given me a fraudulent bill for the month of Feb ’16 and march 16. I have denied to pay this bill as I asked to change it in prepaid in month of Dec 2015 only. Afterword
I raised 3 time request to disconnect my connection,( by mail and on custom care number) but that time they were giving me some offer like we will reduce your monthly amount .

Now they are calling me from various number ( +91-7734038204) and are mentally harassing me. The person on phone says that he is some lawyer named Nitin Chaudhry from Delhi Civil Court and he will order an arrest warrant against me and send local police person to catch me from my home, arrest me and take me to Delhi civil court for not paying this bill. Please do something about this cheaters.
