Call centre team. Team leaders. Nodal team. I written mails and call. After 10 days nobody turned up.
Since 10days they dint understood my problem atleast.
Customer care people just conveys the message we will send technician today, everyday they saying same thing. But no one visited. Technical team leader mr.vinay is on the way since 3 days 15-05-2016. Today 18-05-2016. Iam facing the problem since month end of April 2016.
This is regarding of LS Broadband internet
provider which is located at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. I have taken net connection from the above said net provider since last 6 months and facing problems in accessing the net very frequently, most of the time net is not working, when i call the customer care to log on my complaint, they don’t even try to understand the customer problem and they don’t respond properly as if they are providing free service. From the time of the complaint, it takes them 5 to 6 hours minimum to solve the issue. In a month overall the net lost will be 7 to 10 day. But still they are taking charging for the whole month and also being rude to the customers.
I kindly request you to take necessary action against the service providers and raise this complaint so that other customer get to know about this service providers.
