Voltas ac service complaint

Voltas 1 ton split ac not working.
Complaint generated on 14 may 2016.
Not resolved yet after 5-6 working days.
Called customer care multiple times, everytime they are making wrong commitments. They had given me the no of their service provider . I called him and confirmed the address n time for their visit. But they also not picking up the call .
Its the case when ac is in warranty period.
