no refund

i have paid a school admission fees of 25000 for acadmic year 2016 and 17 and school starts from june i paid fees on aprail 2 and i got to know that my husband got transfered to pune from banglore immediately on aprail 22 i called the institute and told the problem but they told we will not refund a single rupee i requested atleast keep 5000 and give remaining still they denaid for a middele class family 25000 is a very big amount what to do
