I had purchased 2 Samsung headphones from Amazon India and received the product on April 21. My order no : # 402 – 7830083-6118733, but since I received a fake product of some other brand to what I ordered I returned the product back on 25 April. Inspite of sending them my bank details I haven’t received my money (Rs. 511) till today and even my the product has been returned back to them on 25 April. It has been three weeks and I am very disappointed with such bad service from Amazon. Kindly look into the matter and please revert back to me on my mentioned email.

I have recharged DTH through “rechargeitnow, on 30th April twice they deducted amount from my account, they are saying we’ll refund still refund not happened. can you please help me out
