fraud

i was bewn called by a person pooja from icici credit card department for icici coral card upgrade.. i said i already have a card but the limit was 20000 so i was not using it she said we can give you better upgrade about the card with better limit.. as i have some card like citibank hdfc and Amex with good limit in lacs intold her if you gona give me a limit kess den a lac it wont be useful for me she said its a coral caad the way she mentioned i thought she is giving me diamonds and she also comited the person will call you before iasuing the card and duscuss the limit.. i dint receive any calls from any one infact received a message stating your credit card has been apporved and it will be deliverd.. si i happen to call her and told her i dont want card before diacussing the limit she is like sir dont wory and all that stuff….. but eventualy i received a message from icicic that 2 cards are been delivered with 2 diff acct no… i was surprised and sent a mail to icici customer service stating i applied for one card why 2 card are avtuvated on my name.. A person by the name of S.Narasimha instead of giving me resolution person is sending me the courier details abt both the cards both will be delivered 2 you through blue dart and all…. as usual they are useless so i decided to call icici infact 4 times my call was disconected and finaly 5th time i ws bewn conected to someone abt the details of card.. the person said there are 2 cards in yor name as ine is coral card and one is icici amex card which is by default add card given to customer but there is anual fee with this . i was surprised why i was not been told about this during the time of selling the credit card si i called pooja the same gurl who took ma application she was on leave ao i spoke to someone her deprtment in the other number that idiots are again pitching me for a new card inatead of helping with my issue…. neva d less after talking to someone from icici to cancle my other card he said it will be cancled but i still receuved a courier for it snd i had to accept it as courier fello said either tk both or tak noneee… i had to call the bank again to cancle both the cards as i dint wanted any of them again after 3 disconects i reached a persin explained the details…and asked to cancle the card she took ma request or no i m not sure but line was diaconected… so i m nit sure wher i m lending now…. but if icici wants to know more about me then kindly use thenfolloing details to search in yor data wht kind if acvounts i have aoth icici wht kind of investmwnt i have with icici and wht kind of valuable customer i m with icici bank…
