Issues in porting a number idea

I was planning to port number from Idea prepaid to Airtel Post paid for which i contacted Airtel Megamind Marcom Noida. They collected all my docs on 12th April along with porting charges of Rs. 250. After that i heard nothing from them for a week. After one week i called them and they said that they are not aware of any such porting requested, after arguments and proof submission of the payment reciept they initiated the process again. then again went silent for a week. Now as a second reminder when i called them they said verification of address is pending when is scheduled for saturday but no one visited that day as well. They again after calling n asking them to refund the money, they said they will again start the process. But during all these convesrsations, we got to know they have added wrong address, wrong alternate contact no etc.Last week they finally started the process and as a part of process idea discontinued their services on saturday.Post which airtel was suppose to activated my number within next 12 hrs but since then my sim is out of service. When yesterday i called Airtel Customer Care, they said it will take another one day for activation. In the evening again i called them n gey to know that the sim no provided to them from Airtel Megamind is wrong.
Now since morning, I m repeatedly calling these guys from Megamind, but just getting assuarnce that they will call back.
Just to bring in your notice that I am working in a consulting firm n have client facing as part of my work. Due to this mistake i m facing issues in my work as well
