Very bad connection and get 2 G signal while using 4G sim

Good day sir/ madam,
I m using Airtel network since a longtime.
I am staying in Noida sec- 120, in 14th floor.
I am facing 3G/4G network problem. I recharging my mobile with 3G/4G data pack and getting 2G signal.where Airtel is promising 4G network in all around the country but being in suburban, not having good signal. If the problem is height of the building, plz tell me then so I will inform all my neighbours and friends that Airtel can’t provide good signal for the person who living in high story building. We are paying all money to Airtel but getting no good connection. Every time while talking we have to cut the phone, awaj ni aa rahi awaz ni aa rahi, plz treat this message on urgent basis.
