No Possesion no Refund

Dear Team,

Greetings of the day,
I had booked a Plot (Plot No. 96) at a project Prestige -III of Vatsalya Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. situated at Rau-Indore in September 2013. 2.8 years has been crossed but no development has been observed at site neither project is in status of possession, Still it is in stage I had seen during booking time. As suggested by their marketing team, I had waited till march 2016. I had requested them to cancel this booking and withdraw my amount. I had submitted an application also on 24/Apr/2016 but still it is in open stage and they are not proceeding for cancellation neither returning my amount, requesting you to interfere.
Builder has assured me to give possession in six month but now they are extending the same. When i approached to them they are giving different excuses and statement and soon you will get possession. But they are just passing time from last 2 years and there is no development at there site also. I am continuously taking follow up from them but all are worthless.

    I am also fooled by them. I have called them more than a thousand times and even visited their office but all I get is false assurance. I think we should all join hand and take action against the builder. Maybe we can go to their office and demand our money with interest.
    If you agree, kindly reply. A group of 15-20 people can put good pressure.
