fraud regarding job

I am ashish kumar sharma, live in delhi (saket) shine .com is absolutely fake and fraud. A call came from nirman vihar , 38 basant complex regarding providing job, they have taken 19000 rupees, and after that their all numbers get switch off , and they changes their location from nirmaan vihar to some place…… i dont know what i have to do.
