order item: mi4i 16gb white phone.
i have ordered mi4i 16gb white, phone from amazon,in on 15-Oct-2015.
i have used HDFC card in terms of getting CASHBACK of 1500 rs.
I was supposed to get my cashback on 17th-Jan-2016 as per scheme.
but it didn’t happened.
i have contacted amazon on 17th Jan, then 22nd Jan, 30th Jan, 5th Feb,
on 5th Feb they promised to get me cashback within 24 hours for whatever it takes..
but it didn’t happened..
i further contacted amazon service 2 3 time a month for march and April.
every time i contact they just give me another excuse to not credit. they asked MY BANK STATEMENT i also provided them with bank statement..still amazon is not interested to give me cashback of 1500.
every time i contacted to amazon for this issue..i feel like cheated and mentally harassed for about 4 months long time.
Now i want all my CASHBACK back WITH INTREST OF 5 MONTHS and also to put a fine of Rs 15,000/- at amazon.in for doing such type of harassment and fraud with their customers. Please take a strict action against amazon.in so that it would not be repeated again with anyone else.
