Approximate Bill every month

Dear sir,
Our electricity bill registered in the name of Shankar pal. Our consumer number 000020091045. Last six months we are getting approximate bill. We have given many letters to them and after that they told us to pay amount of 5400 but again they are doing the same thing and every month we going with letter and temporary they solved it and again and again same problem repeated. We are harrasing by MSEB staff at kalwa division.
