Deduction of unnessesary balance and not resolving of query

I submitted my complain before also but it was’n resolved
my Balance got reduce in the month of april(i don’t remember the exact date)
First of all , it was rs.83. Then after some days , it became rs.62 and then again after some days it became rs.23
when i talked to customer care about this, they said that it was due to my internet usage but i didn’t use any internet without any data pack
I think they are lying to me because first of all i didn’t use any internet without any data pack and secondly,if all customer care’s calls are recorded, then you can know that they said me that i lost my money again due to internet usage from rs.23 to rs.20 but in actual i send a sms for that deduction. First of all, they said that it was due to internet deduction, after that when i said that it was sms deduction, then only they said yes because it hadn’t pass some days. That call was made to me on 26-04-2016
