Ducat a fraud place for job seekers!
Generally, most of the training institute in Delhi, NCR are Fraud and Fake but Ducat is the Master of all fraudsters.
Before I share my disgusting experience with this Fake institute here is my innovative recommendation for you. The name DUCAT should be changed, and it should be renamed as “DACOIT”
The reason why I am writing this reviews is the game they played with me in the name of a fake hiring. I am sorry for the readers that this is long but I am writing it by step by step the frauds they are doing with job seekers. So let me explain in detail.
On 5th November 2015 they (Raina some time she says her name is Naina) called me for an interview for the position of Digital Marketing Trainer and after a long interview with almost 6 guys they asked me to leave for the day and assured me that I am technically selected. (I still could not understand what is technically selection). And they negotiate and decide the salary as well. Then they told me they will get back to me with further course of action.
On the 6th of November Miss Raina call me with a proposal that I have to take a demo class in their Faridabad branch so that they can make sure that I can take lectures. I accepted it as I was pretty sure that I will be hired. So I go to their Faridabad branch where I got to meet with the branch HR whose name is “Rajni “she asked me to took the class and told that she will discuss later on. I take the class and call Raina for further course of action, but she again asked me to take another class on Sunday i.e 8th November and promised that I will get paid for the classed whether I got hired or not.
All these were just a trap to use me and to facilitate free class to their students as their trainer was left (because they cheated her as well) and the students asked them for classes. After I took two classes they did not respond my calls, emails. I continuously called them for 8 days but no one entertain me.
I was hopeless, helpless, physically fed up and mentally harassed. I was about to assume that there is no chances to get any response from Ducat. Then suddenly, Miss Raina again calls me on 21st November 2015 and made excuses that I was on leave and was not there for one week. She again asked me to take another class and this time she literally cried for that, as she was commited to the students for the classes. I refused to go further but she assures me to take just one more class and promised me to pay fees for all three classes that I have taken so far(included the first two class). So, finally I decided to take one more class and take my fees. They also take my bank account details and told me that they will transfer my fees. But after I take the next class, they again did not give me any response. Now it has been around one month but there is no any response from there.
So, in short. They just played with me in the name of a Fake Job. There are 3 key players who are doing all the drama to get free classes for their students in the name of fake interviews and demo classes: 1. Raina(Niana- whatever), Noida Brach, 2. Mr Guarav (So called centre head, Noida Branch), 3. Miss Rajini ( Most fraudster Person in Ducat Faridabad branch). There is one more proxy name in the list called as Sikha singh who is actually a name only. The entire team make people fool and take free services in the name of interview.
P.S: The purpose of writing this detailed review is to aware fellow candidates and students of their cheating and frauds. Guys beware and do not get in their trap.
I thought, the story will stop right here. But it did not happen as I assumed. Two days after I wrote this review they (Ducat representatives, this time I don’t want to call any name as I already named them. The players are remains same.) Called me and apologizes for everything they did with me and assure me to pay my fees. They again take my bank account details and ensured me that I will get my money in two-three days. Now it almost one month passed, there is NO CALL, NO MONEY, NO Conversation. I am still unable to understand how cheap they are. Shame on you guys. Shame on you. Agar aukat nahi hai paise dene ki to call kar ke ye kyun kehte ho ke aaj paise de denge, kal paise de denge.
